We’re so pleased to have found Lucy to petsit and walk our dog. Lucy is super responsive and sends us lots of updates and photos - somehow just knowing that this is what we need when we’re away. Our dog took to Lucy straight away, this combined with Lucy’s responsible approach, reassured us that our dog would be in good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Lucy offers an exceptional service! Lucy really does treat the pets she looks after as if they were her own. I cannot praise Lucy enough. While I was away Lucy kept in touch with regular updates and gave me complete peace of mind that my cat was well looked after, happy and loved. I would never even consider using another service other than Lucy Loves Pets. Lucy goes above and beyond and I am sure my cat missed her when she had gone.... A sincere thank you Lucy! Truly exceptional!!!

We are so lucky to have Lucy walk our dogs. Lucy is reliable, caring and fun. Lucy has never let us down, she always messages (and with photos) once she has walked them which is so reassuring. She always considers the dog's welfare and quickly gets to know their character and usual behaviour which means if they aren't feeling well she is quick to spot this. Lucy varies the walks and by judging by the photos the dogs look like they are having fun. Great professional service.

Lucy has been a wonderful find for us. Our dog is elderly and quite eccentric! But Lucy was able to work with him and gently encourage him on his daily walk; he is not the easiest to persuade but she was patient and kind and made it work well for him and for us. Lucy is very kind, smiling and fun and we are now very confident!

Lucy came and visited our home with a selection of animals. Lucy was energetic and kind and the residents fell in love with both her and the animals. We would love to have Lucy back at Park Avenue soon.

Lucy walks our young labrador on a regular basis, he absolutely loves his walks with her and can't wait to get out the door when she arrives! He's always returned happy and worn out which really helps us out. She always send photos of the walk which is a great touch and always responds quickly. We'd highly recommend Lucy for any animal caring needs.

Lucy did a wonderful job of caring for our cat, Leela, when we went on a short break away from home. We loved getting daily pictures and updates when we were away and knowing that Leela was in good hands. Our cat is a one eyed rescue and is timid around new people, Lucy was very gentle in her approach, you can tell she has an affinity with animals. Highly recommend her services!

Lucy is a absolute FABULOUS dog walker!!! My little spaniel Darling absolutely loves her! She is extremely friendly, caring and very flexible! I trust her fully with Darling! She also walks my mums Labrador puppy Henry and my sisters spaniel Bailey which she is also incredible with and handles all of them with ease. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a trust worthy knowledgeable dog walker!

Lucy has been walking our dogs for a while now and they absolutely love her & their trips out. Lucy is super flexible & reliable which suits us massively. Lucy sends pictures & videos on a daily basis of the dogs running & enjoying their time out, which is lovely to see.I would highly recommend to anyone in the area, who needs helps with their pets as you can tell Lucy really loves spending time with them.Thank you Lucy!! :)
