Excellent service from Alistair and the staff at Specsavers Stockport I can't recommend this branch highly enough,

Not happy with the service I received. I went for a contact lens trial but failed miserably. After waiting ages for an appointment it turned out to be a waste of time. The lady teaching me to put my lenses in kept looking at her watch which put me on edge and made me feel rushed. She then suggested I make another appointment for an optician to put them in for me. I asked can we not do this now while I’m here. The reply was no because we’re all waiting to go for lunch. This is why she kept checking her watch. She was hungry! What an absolute waste of my time. I now have to go back in a fortnight because there are no earlier appointments that suit a working woman!! I felt a stressful situation was made worse because I was being rushed!

I went today for earwax removal and saw a lady named Sophie. She was very thorough and explained everything and was more than happy to answer my questions. I felt really comfortable and was reassured. Thank you so much

We went to Specsavers as they opened the door on a Monday morning. Shop was empty so we had loads of time to pick our glasses no rushing about fantastic service by Alister the optician

Can't fault them, pleasant and helpful staff throughout the store. Despite it being a very busy day my appointment was on time. Eyes tested, glasses chosen and fitted all within 30 mins or so. I found the whole experience very well managed and efficient.

I've found that waiting for attention is almost unknown as the branch has plenty of staff on hand. I recently had a check-up following cataract surgery, and James Wong gave me a thorough examination and explanation. My experience of SpecSavers' audiology department is equally good too.

The Opticians themselves are lovely and great with kids but they are never on time there. Always running behind usually there 2 hours due to how many appointments they cram in at once. Turned up 10 minutes late and was turned away despite them constantly being behind 20-30 minutes themselves. Wasn't helpful in the slightest.

I had experienced extremely bad service in the past from the Hyde branch!However I called Stockport and they fitted me in the same day!I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Zoya she is credit to your company.I received a very professional examination and my faith in Spec-savers is restored many thanks.I did not order on the day as the anti glare coating costs as much as the frames!I managed to purchase my glasses today with the anti glare coating included at no extra cost!!Perhaps something Spec savers should consider !!

An optometrist named Mariam saw me.She was absolutely lovely!She explained everything really well and took her time to make me feel really comfortable.Will definitely come to see her again.Thanks Mariam ;)
