My family have been going to this dental practice for many years. We have always been very happy with our dental treatment that is carried out with professionalism & care. All treatment options are fully discussed before proceeding ensuring decisions are made together. We appreciate having access to such a high standard NHS dentist.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional behavior I encountered at the Dental Wizard Clinic. As a father of two children, aged 9 and 4, who recently moved to the UK, I had expected to receive quality and compassionate care for my family's dental needs.Approximately two months ago, my 9-year-old son experienced a dental issue, and his GP referred him to your clinic for treatment. During our visit, we were informed that registration was required, so we provided all our details to the Dental Wizards staff for the purpose of registration. We were advised that the registration confirmation would take up to six months and would be communicated via email. However, when my wife visited the clinic today seeking guidance for our son's dental issue, she was informed that we were not registered in the system. It is concerning that our previously provided details appear to have been misplaced, necessitating us to provide them again for registration. Consequently, we now face an additional six-month waiting period for registration.Furthermore, when I contacted your clinic earlier today at approximately 10:45 on December 4th, 2023, I spoke with a receptionist about this matter and requested her name to initiate a formal complaint. Unfortunately, the receptionist refused to provide any details or her name for us to proceed with the complaint process.I am writing this review to draw the attention of the management to the need for a professional receptionist. It is crucial that this matter be addressed promptly as my child is experiencing dental problems that not only cause physical discomfort but also affect his interactions with classmates due to the unpleasant odor from his teeth.I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated

Horrible experience at this dentist! I went for a small filling which after was extremely sensitive. When I went back to this dentist he said everything was fine. A few years later this progressed into needing a complex root canal.

Dental Wizards has been mine and my family's dentistry for many years now from 80s if memory serves me and now the Third generation of my family are patients too.Its a very clean proffesional and organised practise. Located in a very accessible place near seven kings Station less than 4 minutes walk and bus stops maybe 5 mins.. I would recommend this Dental surgery to anybody and from mine and my families experience we've never had to look elsewhere. Appointments are given in decent times to suit around you. Ideal for anybody looking to register .

Everything is perfect and everyone is so kind there. Perfect service, perfect communication, always helpful. The new receptionist is very kind and welcoming, the dentist's assistant makes you feel comfort and the dentist is the besttttt.

Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming receptionist.My regular dentist is very professional and caring in his work. All the staff were great from arrival, and throughout my visit.Very highly recommended ++++++
