Awful services! The staff are incredibly rude, the toilets are disgusting and everything is extremely overpriced. I'd advise avoiding if possible.

We pulled in here on the way back from the O2 one evening recently, i used the toilet which to be honest was something of a let down as you can see for yourself from the photos. No excuse as it was dead quiet being around midnight.I made a purchase and didn’t get a hi/hello/please/thank which is a bit rude and not what you would expect from BP.

Awful place. Avoid it if you can. Facilities don’t work. Rude staff. You can pee on the grass if you want- that’s what we’ve been told. Company like BP should spend more money for customer service.

OMG!!!This BP station is the worst I’ve ever been.The toilets were disgusting some of the cabins were with a missing lock no soap.Coffee machines not working. The only ones working were behind the till and also half working condition. What a joke near M25.If you don’t want to ruin your trip don’t go there especially with your kids.Dirty place. Stay away!!!

Stopped of for some fuel . Needed the toilet was told to go in the bushes. They dont open at nights apparently because of armed robberies ? Stopped here afew weeks a go and got a meal deal and some fuel . Will give a miss from now on .
