Some of the worst drivers on the roads! Aggressive behaviour towards other road users, unecessary use of horns just because they feel inconvenienced. Speeding up and down the industrial estate where the depot is. Just look at other results on Google, one driver almost took a cyclist out.

Driving down the m6 , continually harassed by one of their drivers. The guy speeding in the 50 zone, trying to intimidate other road users, your truck overtaking in the outside lane, nearly creamed a van and a pickup. A great way to loose lives and a companies reputation. YK63UHA

Witnessed one of your drivers today around two o'clock ish ,driving very erratically and over the speed limit in a restricted 50mph zone on the M6 junction 7,driving very close to vehicles and swerving dangerously in lane, all the signs of driving while using his phone, registration number PN21FXC.Unfortunately to highlight how dangerous this can be, a few miles up the road on the opposite carriageway there was a very serious accident.

Delivered here other day and they were the most pleasant lads I have ever met at a logistics firm.

Stored stock in their warehouse; a lot of the stock went missing. No organisation what’s so ever; I have never dealt with a company with such a bad attitude towards their customers. Best AVOIDED.

Your driver pulling an ANP rig is careless. Came out of queing traffic following an accident between Knutsford snd Junct 19. Then procedded to tailgate my bumper when I was doing 55 in a 50 for a mile Your driver was swerving half into lane 3 to prove a point. When lane 1 is full of lorries. You might want to employ someone who wants to carry on your good reputation.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolute joke of a company. The staff are rude and blatantly lie over the phone. Just reflects on how badly run this company is run from top to bottom!!

Was called by the company on 2/2/23 to confirm that our order would be delivered between 10:00 and 17:00 the following day, but we would receive a text by 08:00 to advise us on an hour window so that we wouldn’t be waiting all day. Still hadn’t heard anything by 10:00 so I called. “Greeted” over the phone by a shirty and abrupt woman who opened the call with a heavy sigh and a “uh, hello”, who then implied that I was causing a massive inconvenience by calling them (it’s called Customer Service for a reason?) because they’re “so busy”. She then barked at me, “how do you expect us to call everyone with delivery times, don’t be ridiculous” - not at all what I was expecting, I was just expecting a text to advise a time; just like I was told the day before, so we weren’t waiting over 6 hours for a delivery…? Didn’t catch her name, but she needs some customer service training, or to get a job that she actually has the time and patience for, because clearly she hates what she’s doing and she was just wholly unpleasant to deal with. Do better, or don’t work in Customer Service: simple.
