I had occasion to visit the store today the young ladies who served me were very very helpful. I have no complaints whatsoever and I will certainly use this store again.

Very rude and unprofessional service. There are no skills to take a passport photo. Once again I am very disappointed. I hope it's the last time. Next time I'd rather drive miles away just to avoid that photographer.

This is the first time I've used my phone to download a picture at the shop.This was made really easy for me with the aid of a very helpful and patient assistant.

Do not use this shop! The photos printed are very poor and the assistant is extremely rude. She clearly has no personable skills in dealing with customers or any customer service training. Her manner is off the scale in terms of rudeness and I witnessed her taking passport photos of someone and told her ' to stop smiling, I have other things to do'!She also has no idea about what the word 'quality' means when the machines print very poor 'quality' prints.I've used this shop a few times and put her terrible attitude down to having a bad day but clearly it's how she is all of the time. The machines are obviously out of date producing poor prints.

We needed passport photos in a digital format as well as printed so we could upload them onto a visa application . A very big thank you to Pamela who had them both printed and sent by email in no time at all.

Came in here to arrange a passport photo for my daughter after seeing other reviews. Fantastic! How did I never realise this place was nearby? The lady who served us was fantastic. She was really lovely qith my daughter and took a great photo which took all of 5 mins. We got a set of photos and digital code (after using this I'll never go back to hardcopy as its 100% easier) and we were in and out in less than 10 mins. Definately recommend
