FMG repair kept in contact with me were efficient and repaired my vehicle to a high standard.

Wonderful lady, who booked my car in for repair today! She was very professional and made me feel comfortable. She has an infectious bubbly personality.

We found FMG to be exceptionally poor , gave 1 star to be able to proceed but would have given none or even a minus if was able , took nearly 3months to get sorted , got the car back initially only to find it was not safe as the brakes didn’t work , turned out the abs pump was damaged in the accident but was not checked. When questioned about it we were told it hadn’t been part of the assessment because we didn’t ask for it to be checked, strange!! .And how it could be driven back to my daughter without them noticing the brakes were faulty when my Daughter only got half a mile down the road and came home because the brakes didn’t work is even more strange. The gaps between body parts was different on both sides , bonnet didn’t line up with the bumper the top of the wing wasn’t secured correctly and we were told it should be like that as they had seen the same on another car of the same model , and this from professional insurance registered repairers As for customer service that is about the same standard as their workmanship, when the conversation gets difficult they Just put the phone down and refuse to speak to you anymore. Even after taking nearly 3 months and all the problems we had they demanded the courtesy car back within 24 hours , when we asked for another 12 hours ie exchange on the Saturday morning we were told if it wasn’t back within 24 hours then appropriate action would be taken , I can only assume what that would be As for recommendations , well I think you can probably work that one out for yourselves.

Very poor service. We have had the exact same thing happen to us as Mark below. ABS pump has failed at crash or during the time the work was being carried out. Only to be told it’s coincidental that the 4 bonnet lights about brakes have come on during the time the vehicle with them so they won’t take responsibility. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE EVEN IF YOUR INSURER RECOMMENDS THEM. They are happy for my pregnant wife to leave with the car that hasn’t got working breaks. They are extremely under staffed and only care about getting your car out. 0 customer service and poor workmanship

The car went in with poorly body work and came out pristine. Perfect
