Food taste good but straight after it gives me stomach ache, i think hygeine here is maybe bad or food isn't kept right, either way something wrong here as no other subeay causes me same troubles. Its been like this for 4 years from when i used to eat in morning at uni. I always thought it was me but after trying different subway stores which never caused me any stomach trouble it is just this branch in general. Please sort it out.

I ordered through deliveroo and worst mistake I ever made!If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. I spent over £60.00 for nearly the whole of my order to be missing and the items I did receive had half of the salad missing and had been thrown into a box from a great height. I contacted the restaurant and was met with the attitude of oh my bad I forgot all those items and I was told that I needed to go and collect the missing items despite paying for the items to be delivered and then I was told to just get a refund from deliverooI was absolutely disgusted by the attitude of this restaurant and I would never order from these people ever againAbsolute rip off merchantsNEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF COMPLETELY!!!

Absolutely horrendous behaviour and service by staff. Today we ordered the usual sandwich, drinks cookies etc. Firstly, the staff gave us the wrong order but okay, we told them to change it but their reply and service was terrible. They also didn’t give us everything we paid for and instead, the staff acted so rude with very terrible customer service. Do not recommend the Derby Street branch at all. We have never been treated so horribly at a fast food place. Needs to change their behaviour and service immediately! We did not expect this at ALL! For what as well??? We ordered our stuff but didn’t get the right one and everything we ordered and instead we got told off rudely for it??? Sort yourself out. Not even 1/5 - should be rated 0/5!!!!

i ordered today at 27.11.22. i ordered 2 12 inches which i received but ordered 2 of the pudding cookies and 1 3 cookies of rainbow and 1 3 cookies of chocolate chunk. i have only received 1 of the chocolate chunk and one of the rainbow even though the receipt says 3 cookies and i PAID FOR 3 COOKIES. the prices has skyrocketed and i have been going here for years. the good thing is that when i called them, the man seemed to have good customer service and apologised for it (other reviews said it was horrible but i didn't have the woman) and he agreed to give it to me when i pick it up tomorrow (my dad has work now). my sub was cold by the time i ate it but i never experienced something like this before.

Food is always nice just a bit stingy with the fillings sometimes. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, the staff are the most miserable people I’ve ever come across. Don’t ask about a subway card just send the card reader straight to payment so you lose out on points then they pull their faces when you want to add a subway card. Sat in one time and felt so uncomfortable.
