Arabian Oud

Visited the store today to purchase a few fragrances as Christmas gifts. I was looked after by a lovely lady named Anisa during my visit. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted but Anisa helped me go through at least 20 different fragrances to find the ones that suited best. Not once did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience despite spending so much time in the shop. I chose an additional fragrance as a gift as I was able to smell so many different ones.The service and hospitality I received was outstanding and I will definitely be visiting again as a result.

Love this shop their ours are outta this world especially the Bussma our. Would highly recommend

Walked into the shop asking to smell some of the popular men’s perfumes - after saying yes, the three ladies looked at each other and just chuckled. It took a moment before someone actually served me - no other customers were in the shop. The shop assistants didn’t take me seriously as I was wearing a tracksuit. I did manage to find and purchase the scent I was looking for but in all honesty the service was shabby and the shop assistants very judgemental. Whilst I was paying for the oud the woman said they laughed because they forgot who was supposed to serve me? Evidently they didn’t take me seriously until I actually asked to purchase what I wanted. Would love to go back for more oud however not so sure I enjoy the way I was treated.

Poor customer service, they don't know their or your legal rights for returning goods. No management present to deal with problems, and you have to wait an unreasonably long period of time until they speak to a boss who can make a decision. Their poor rating here indicates that many other customers are very disgruntled and won't return. Buy from a reputable department store instead.Avoid them like the plague!

The best perfume shop in London

I walked in on Sunday 6/10/19 to enquire about perfumes whilst the sales rep was explaining options available, another customer comes and the rep literally walks away starts showing the other customer perfumes when there were 3 other members of staff... makes no sense, I just took my business to sunnah musk and spent £200 there. Improve your service!

AamirHi there I’ve been to too many stores in Belgium France Paris and bought the same perfume but it smell different from. This store and smell doesn’t last longer. I will not recommend this store they’re selling fake perfumes that looks like original. I will also upload some pictures of the purfume I bought from this store. It costs me £225 pound it’s not worth it.

Check the production date as they sold me expired perfume more than 3 years old (evidence in picture). When i went to return the item, they didn't apologise and simply said there is no shelf life on perfume which isn't true!

One of a kind shop, as if one had stepped in Scheherazade’s 1001 Night’s tale. Indeed, highly sophisticated, and well designed for an attire of haute couture exotic Arabian perfumes.

Came in here with a certain smell in my head. Described it to the staff member and sourced the oud. Purchased and advised, left happy!
