Was recommended Precision Rendering by a mate who had used Dan for some rendering work. Mine was only small but technical so wasn’t sure if was big enough. Contacted Dan who provided a quote fairly quickly which I was happy with. Dan and his colleague turned up on time both days and worked fairly non stop. He gave suitable advice regarding colour and also advised on some styling to the render.The front of the house has a new fresh feel to it and has already been commented on by neighbours. Based on our experience I would definitely recommend Dan for his work.

I had Dan and his small team render the exterior of my whole house over the top of a pebble dashed exterior. From start to finish the guys were a pleasure to be around and they wanted to do the best job possible. Very professional outfit. Cleaned up all the mess after the job was completed including the facias, guttering etc (all of which looked like new when they had finished). The walls of the house are now perfectly flat with a beautiful silicone finish. The house has been transformed. I cannot recommend Dan highly enough.

Dan recently completed rendering our garden retaining wall that is about 20 meters long. Before we started we discussed the various types of render and the different options available in this situation. Dan clearly understands his trade, and explained exactly how the job would be done. The wall has been completed to a high standard and looks really good. He paid attention to the detail where the wall returns alongside some steps. We are very pleased with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Dan to other potential customers.

External rendering on front of house. Take off old and replace with new…Dan and his team did me an excellent job at affordable rates,considering present rise in materials.
