The professionalism and experience from start to finish was first class. The initial visit from Mark gave us the options available.Work started at the agreed time, Geoff and Joe were cheerful and polite throughout and all the slight changes we requested were carried out without any questions asked. I would say that they definitely went over and above the normal.In addition the quality of work and site clearance gave us a great result which met our expectations.I would certainly recommend this Company.

We have just had our driveway completed by Sussex Driveways. The initial contact (Mark) was very professional and helpful in regards to our questions, even stopping by at 730am one morning for some additional questions. On to the 2 workers who completed the actual work (Callum and Cliff)…what can I say! Both were incredibly hard working (not to mention during a heatwave), always more than prompt, professional and personable. I believe both are new to the company, and I must say they both reinforced your brand to an excellent standard. The driveway itself, looks incredible also - cannot wait to start using it! The work was undertaken in a timely fashion and to a very high quality. It is clear that Sussex Driveways pride themselves on exemplary customer service. The head office was regularly in touch throughout the work. Everyone who represented the company, from the man who originally drew up the quote, the man who cleared away out old drive, the team who installed the new one, even down to the man who delivered the digger, were extremely friendly, helpful and positive. Sussex Driveways Paving Limited recently completed a full driveway replacement, installing block paving, drainage and step to front door. We chose this company over many others because we have seen examples of their work at properties in our area, and they came highly recommended by home owners who have been very happy with the workmanship and quality.From initial quote to completion, we found all staff and contractors to be friendly, courteous and highly professional.The job was undertaken over a period of days and all staff, deliveries etc arrived when promised, and with attention to causing minimal disruption to ourselves and neighbours. The site was always kept tidy and on completion the lads made sure it was left spotless. You would never know they had been there.We are absolutely delighted with the finished result which looks stunning and massively improves the look of our house.Many thanks Sussex Driveways, we would not hesitate to recommend your services in the future.

Seen this company doing a driveway in Southwick, and for some reason a worker who works for the company thinks it's appropriate to make idiotic whistling gestures towards me as i drive past. Never spoken to the guy or seen him in my life. Dunno who he thinks he is. Very poor attitude and not a good look for the company.

A fantastic experience with Sussex Driveways. They have just completed a large in and out driveway for me and also a pavement crossover. Sussex driveways dug up and excavated my driveway with care and attention to detail. All of the different teams that were involved from the digging, brickwork building walls and steps to the block work paving were all masters of their crafts. Mark, Gina, Vivienne and everyone involved managed all the timings of deliveries and collections with extreme precision.Couldn’t be happier after such a makeover and highly is company.
