Came in for a little bit of Karma, left with a whole lot more!Had the absolute pleasure of speaking to Faz who all for testing our a few (okay, a lot of) perfume mixes to find the perfect blend. She was so fun to talk to! Super sweet, kind and attentive. She went out of her way to help me with my purchase, and twice I watched her help get the door for customers who had some difficulty coming in / getting out.Also, if anyone asks, Turmeric Latte AND Orange Blossom together, was all her idea. GeniusAn unforgettable experience.Thank you SO much.

I’ve just been to Lush and was served by two lovely ladies Lydia and Emma. Emma went out of her way to mention the new products they have, and because I couldn’t decide which one I wanted Lydia went out of her way and gave me a sample of the two products and even took the time to put the samples and another product I’d bought into a gift set I’d bought to make it more personal. I found this to be very thoughtful and kind and this is the reason I choose Lush every time. Thank u so much Lydia and Emma hope you both have a lovely Christmas and a very happy new year! You both deserve it!

Roan had been amazing!He was so patient, helpful, knowledgeable and not to mention fun to chat to. Thanks to his advice I managed to find a perfect birthday gift for my friend, and also bought amazing bath bombs and a body scrubs for myself. He explained each of the products and advised what to choose for my own and my friends sensitive skin and fragrance preferences. Really needed a perk me up today and it was received via this lush store!!Was picking some donations up which lush had so kindly offered to donate to the charity I work for to help us with the cost of living crisis and whilst in store treat myself to some snow fairy melts. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and just lovely people. Trip was extra special by being gifted a candle with a lovely note saying pay it forward with kindness and have continued this throughout the day. Thank you lush team xx

Very nice staff who are happy to help and really know the products. Upon hearing we were traveling, they gave us a small free sample to bring with us. They also donate to charities which is always a plus :)

Attended the half term Easter event making bath bombs and egg hunt. It was lovely. Staff were amazing, the kids really enjoyed it and the goody bag was very well received. Thank you

Had a great experience at lush today. We smelled all the perfumes and were helped by Lydia who has an encyclopedic knowledge of the perfume and helped us a lot without being pushy and overwhelming. The workers were all charming and the good music in the shop added to the vibe ✨️
