Was trying to do my shopping and some worker called Reece" i believe pinged a dog treat at my head? then when i questioned him about it he asked me to bark like a dog? other then that some good deals on and did my shopping"

Absolutely dreadful experience. Both me and my mother were looking forward to the opening but we were both appalled by our experience. I understand this store can’t help it’s awful, rude & ignorant customers but they were just absolutely awful. The only way I could describe them is to compare them to badgers. They would not move whatsoever & every time we had to give way to them & we never got a thank you. Manners cost nothing. To make matters worse the cashier who served us wasn’t very good. I blame poor management for putting this women on a till with clearly no training or experience. She was incredibly slow (which of course held people up), she clearly didn’t know what she was doing, chucked most the products we bought & didn’t communicate with us, she just mumbled to herself. I can’t say we will be going back in a hurry.

Was in the range today with my mum shopping she suffers from low blood sugar and can get the shakes this can also lead to her having a seizure the staff where so good sat her down and got her a bottle of coke to help with her blood sugars I’m still quite young and wouldn’t know what to do in this situation but for the help from the manager Carl and liv she was fine afterwards thank u so much u where a great help

Have had not such a pleasant experience before with being rushed when buying items and the lady serving me not giving me 3 seconds to put the items under the pram before serving the next customer however have rang in today and spoke to a gentlemen with an enquiry and he searched for the item and resolved my issue within minutes. Very thankful for his help and I will pop in and make a purchase due to his friendly and helpful manor.

Wasn’t impressed. Staff can’t be bothered with you. Not helpful or friendly and as for the toilets!!!! You can’t use them unless you have a radar key! Don’t bother asking staff for a key if it’s urgent to go to the loo and your a paying customer they will simply tell you no. Been once and never again.

Went to this store to purchase a garden sofa. Couldn't pay cash at all was sent to Shrewsbury for them to say the same thing no cash. They sell most items via third party and only offer card payments via 3rd party. So we are looking elsewhere! No cafe to sit down for refreshments and the garden area outside is not worth it for the size of the area. Beware of the parking as many have had fines for being 1 min over the 3 hrs max time.Wouldn't use the range again after our experience..

Clean and airy big store with loads and loads of stock. Staff could be a little more approachable though.

I had my small dog in a bag in my shoulder, quietly walking around the store. Several members of staff commented on how cute he was etc and not a single one told me he wasn't allowed in or that the store wasn't dog friendly.I spent about 40 minutes in the store, planning on spending a decent amount of money. When the manager sees, points at me and says out".How rude. A simple "sorry unfortunately it's against store policy" would have sufficed. How about making sure all your staff are trained and aware of store rules."

This place has the worst management since Gareth Southgate for England. My sister worked here from when the store opened and she would come back with horror stories that could only compare to that of Stephen king. When she worked there she was forced to clean toilets which was described no where in her job description whatsoever The store manager is a trashy, rude, disrespectful, insensitive, unprofessional human and should not be aloud anywhere near store management. The decision to hire this this person as a store manager was the worst decision since only putting 20 lifeboats on the titanic. My sister was forced to work 120 hours over a fortnight when she was only on a 30 hour contract. This lead to high stress levels and a lack of rest and sleep as some days had only 7 hours between shifts. This makes me sick to my core that an everyday working class human just trying to earn an honest living was forced to work in such ridiculous, unfair conditions. Overall this store is a perfect depiction of how not to manage a store. 1/5
