The nastiest receptionists that have zero compassion or patience for their patients.I could physically hear the other staff in the background laughing at how nasty the woman who answered the phone was being to me.You would like to think the staff would want to help you considering the importance of their role.

Dr Salim has been my doctor for many years now. I’ve got no faults, never had a bad experience. Every appointment I’ve had with him, I’ve always left feeling reassured with my problems resolved. He’s very patient & has a very calm presence. Would highly recommend Dr Salim

Dr.Salim showed a lot of patience and composure in listening to my medical conditions and provided expertise advise over the phone. Despite having that in-person connect, he was still able to instill confidence and reassurance to the further phases of investigation. Very helpful!!

What a rude woman of a Gp! Check the attitude and keep your judgmental attitude to yourself! Thanks. I will also be reporting the practices to Ombudsman to investigate.I request for pieces of information to be removed from my health records as it is irrelevant to my condition or my request.The worst Gp practice yet.Please learn from the Pendleton Medical practice.AMAZING people and amazing service.You should not be working with the public!
