Pet Peeves Animal Behaviour

Our dog has always been terrified of other dogs, and displayed a lot of reactive and vocal responses. Raychel has been helping her to get more comfortable around other dogs, and we're now able to walk her around other dogs with a lot less stress and issue. The training ideas Raychel taught me are useful for this to improve further in the future. I would recommend having a chat!

Raychel did an amazing job helping us to improve our working cocker's walking on a loose lead and recall. She is calm, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable, explaining the reasoning behind the training from the dog's perspective. We were very impressed by how much we learned from each lesson, despite having owned dogs for forty years! She did a great job of retraining us and Caja. After our three one-to-one sessions we felt much more relaxed and confident both in our daily walks off the lead and taking Caja into busy and new environments. We aim to join her group sessions now to work on calming behaviour with new dogs. We highly recommend Raychel to all our friends and anyone we meet who is struggling with their dog's behaviour.

Today we completed Raychel's Perfect Puppy course and we have been delighted by her unfailing helpfulness and patience in dealing with our young dog. Her course is instructive, comprehensive and fun. Our puppy, Polly certainly thought so as treats were high on the agenda. I have no hesitation in recommending Raychel and will soon be booking another session to further Polly's training.

I would definitely recommend Raychel to anyone looking to train a dog. Monty has transformed over a 6 week group class - there's still a little way to go, but what has really changed is our attitude to training. Raychel makes it really easy to understand what your dog is thinking!

Raychel has just finished a set of 1-2-1 classes with our 4 month old puppy. I would really recommend them for anyone with a young puppy, so positive and encouraging, both for me and Kenzo. The classes were very well planned, not too overwhelming for a young dog. Raychel always followed up quickly, e-mailing a summary of each lesson which is very important, it is easy to forget all the points covered. Thank you, Raychel, for all your help and advice.

We saw Raychel for 1-1 sessions as well as a recall class - she has been exceptionally helpful with our excitable young dog. She is professional and friendly and believes in positive training, treating our dogs with respect and not using aversive methods which is our number one priority when working with our Lola!
