Great service. They know how to handle dogs. Visited twice so far both times my dog and myself happy with service.

First time takin my skye yesterday nd the girls in the groom room was amazing with skye and with my self with it being our first thank u soo much for takin the time and patience with my fur baby will defo be bringing her back very highly recommended

I can't praise the groomer who took care of my labrador Stan today enough! It was very clear she loved dogs so I felt ok leaving him in her care. This is the 3rd groom room I have used. The first in Barnsley did a good job but the last one I took him to at Birstall was awful. He came out worse than he went in and clearly distressed! This is the first one where his nails were cut as part of the full groom, which was amazing! His undercoat has all been brushed out really well and he smelt lovely. I'm so glad I bought him here. He will be back!! Thank you so much. I wish I had got the name of the girl who was working to name her personally. Great service and a happy owner and dog!

Just taken Pablo for his nails clipping and the lady doing it was fantastic. She helped keep him calm and obviously loves dogs. Thank you ❤️

First time going to this store in 2 years, it's more cramped then I remember and I couldn't look at some of the pet products as they are right where people were queuing. Wanted to get a hamster but they only had rabbits in and even that aisle was Impossible to get down as they had metal pens spread across the floor. The guy on the till though was an obsoletely delight, he a credit to them.

If you want your dog looked after as well as actually groomed id suggest you go to an actual groomer, not a franchise of people who are not in it for the welfare and love of dogs. My pup is nervous, it's understandable they have a strange messing round with them, but instead of trying to work with him, they tell us they can't do him, ever. The reason was he makes too much noise!!! Like huh what?!? Taken him to a actual groomer who loves her clients and they both end up in a full conversation and he is so much calmer! Don't even bother

We always get the best service! They truelly love seeing your dog, well we get that feel as they're very welcoming everytime we go! The staff are amazing, and my dog Leo always comes out smelling amazing! 100% recommend!

Had my puppy’s first groom.Very happy with the cut (paws and pads) and a clean. Upstairs but there’s a lift available.

Decent at cutting. However Liv, the manager is incredibly rude. She’s been like this every time I’ve been in or rang. She has nasty habit of talking down to people even though I’m several years older than her, and the worst part is she seems not care when it comes my dog. I’ll be finding another groom room to go to.
