Emsleys are a very professional and committed team of people especially Natalie and David whom I dealt with on a week to week basis and sometimes even a couple of times a week from putting my house on the market and following through right up until we had completed last Friday. They were always there to answer any questions I had or would help me with the process of things when I wasn't sure what was to happen next. Great bunch of people well done Emsleys.

I cannot sing their praises enough. We sold with another estate agent in Nth Leeds and Emsleys Crossgates were far superior. Natalie and Ellia were our key people and we spoke to David who was always helpful. The team are so professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We had a tricky probate purchase but they navigated it easily. They are also very personable. Superb service. Thanks all.

Recently purchased a house through these. Natalie and Ellia were wonderful and very helpful. We were on holiday at the start of the process and Ellia contacted us through FaceTime etc to be able to sort everything out for us. Natalie took over from David, who luckily for us went away on holiday, he seemed to be bothered by the fact we knew a lot about the process of house buying even though we were first time buyers through parents being property developers. Unfortunately David told us that things didn’t work a certain way, when we have witnessed it first hand. This caused a hold up on the purchase and we almost lost our house. He then went on holiday and Natalie picked up for us doing exactly what we had asked David to do sending our direct correspondence to the vendors and this secured our purchase for us within a week of her taking over. I would highly advise asking for either Natalia or Ellia, these 2 alone were 5 star service.Update- It unfortunately will not allow me to reply to your reply on my review however I do not have any desire to contact you about my review as everything I wished to say was in my previous review and I am now busy renovating my home. As for saying working as the vendors wished simply isn’t true as we spoke directly to the vendors and they hadn’t had any correspondence until Natalie took over and then miraculously it moved on as she actually corresponded between both buyers and vendors.

Working with Emsleys Crossgates Esatate Agents on the sale of my property was very easy - their communication was great and reactions to any queries that would delay things was spot on! Huge thanks to David, Natalie & Helen for all your help.

The team at Crossgates are excellent nothing is too much trouble to help along with the process.They give a very personal and professional service.

Helen and more recently Natalie, worked very hard to secure a sale on our property. Viewings were plentiful and accompanied. Once a sale was agreed Natalie kept in touch with both us and our buyer with regular updates. Completed today and grateful for all Emsleys help
