Back to Earth Electrical - Electrician
A big, finicky job in an old property, but the guys went above and beyond (even installed a replacement shower for the replacement shower when the one we bought wasn't good enough!) to not only complete the work to a high standard, but also future-proof that work. Communication was fantastic throughout, price was spot on (esp, considering the extra work) and finish was exemplary. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very efficient, from the first call Bryan took all the details and sent an estimate via email to my phone with a 1 click button to accept the quote. and then an instant email with a date to do the work. I even got a text on the day to let me know exactly where he was and when he would arrive with a tracking system. When he arrived he explained everything, and got on with the work. He completed the work to a high standard within the timescale agreed, will definitely use Bryan and Back to Earth Electrical again for future work.

I hired Bryan to install a fan and a light in my bathroom. We had a bit of a nightmare with the bathroom and tradespeople but felt at ease straight away when Bryan came to have a look at the job. He was honest and sincere about the scale of the job and on the day he was efficient and did an excellent job. You can tell he cares about his clients which shines through in the work he does. I would highly recommend B2E Electrical for any electrical needs!

We've used Bryan and his crew on two pretty major jobs, which have all been carried out with minimum fuss. Never an indication that anything was too much. Helpful and informative throughout. Over and above both times. Recommended to our landlord friend for a couple of flat renovations and she was very pleased also. Definitely recommend.

Bryan has done all kinds of work around our home, from changing light fixings and adding sockets to a complete rewire when we moved into our new home over Christmas, Bryan and team have always been clear concise and upfront at every stage of the project. 5/5 couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Used a few times always good service. Same this time but a bit of a problem with the price. Think it was a bit much for what was carried out and had to question to get invoice to what was agreed. This said, it was sorted eventually and I would recommend this company and work was always excellent, just check price before agreeing

From 1st contact (via Checkatrade.com) the communcation with Bryan was excellent. His approach was friendly, professional and polite. The process of quotation and scheduling through their ServiceM8 app is great. This allows for live tracking updates of your attending engineer. Connor arrived on-time and ready to go. He was not only a great young electrician but friendly, professional and with a great eye for detail, always asking my thoughts before proceeding. He was meticulous about cleaning his work area and keen to show me works completed. What a great asset to your company Bryan and Charley. 10/10.All in all a great experience and would 100% recommend.

The team came to fit some lights and do repair work to electrical fittings and replace the consumer unit. The work itself was great, but they still have not sent me the paperwork I need and its been months of trying to get hold of them and never anyone answers the phone. Do they even still exist as a company ??
