Had my first trip to edinburgh this weekend, and chose to stay here. They have been absolutely fantastic. They held our bags from 9am (when we arrived in edinburgh) until 1.30pm thursday. They then let us have our room 1.30mins earlier as it was ready. Maybe i was lucky, but dont count of this as they may not always be ready before check in! Either way, your wait will be worth it. They the rooms are cosy and modern, lots of thoughtful touches in the room (eg emergency sanitary bags, tea/coffee ect.) When leaving, we checked out at 11 but were also able to leave our bags with them until our late afternoon airport run. This made our time traveling effortless and burnen free. Theyve really made our stay in edinburgh perfect, and i will definitely be returning in the future and reccomending frasier suites to friends.

Very comfortable suite, right off the royal mile. It’s not too far a walk from both the airlink stop and waverly train station.we had the most magnificent view on the city. We were provided what we needed for tea and coffee and could have cooked if we wanted too.We recommend it!

Very comfortable & clean rooms with an amazing view over the old town. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs and even helped us with anything. The location is also amazing it’s right in the old town next to St.Giles Cathedral. Also very close to everything that is worth visiting (which is a lot).

Great location and service. Rooms were nice with high ceilings and attentive staff for any easy check-in. The location is perfect - close to the Royal Mile but off the side enough to be quiet - there is also a cab stand (that was never crowded) when you walk outside, turn right to go down the steps and walk to the nearby bridge, so you can get anywhere you want rather quickly.

I traveled to so many European countries and this hotel was one of the BEST.Best view. Our room direct view is Edinburgh palaceBest Best location. So many important sites in edinburgh were less than 15 minutes walking distance.Great space of the room. Not small. High ceiling. And the most interesting yet so helpful one, they have towel warmer so that the bathroom will always warm everything we enter it. So mindful.Edinburgh is soon beautiful city.Fraser Suite completed the beautiful memory of Edinburgh.

Fantastic location for visiting the Christmas markets. Very central yet quiet for sleeping. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. Staff all very professional and a very welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay again

Rooms need some TLC and you can't have people visit you without registering at the front desk. Read the full description before booking. Otherwise it's a really nice and safe place to stay right across from St Giles' Cathedral. Well worth the visit.

We were never able to use the Frasier Connect" to use the room TV. Outside our room also seems to be the staff smoking spot. The shower was luxurious

I can’t say enough about this hotel. This was an unexpected and last minute booking. I reached out and was helped by Alison on the front desk. She was wonderful! My daughter and I immediately felt comfortable and at home. Gorgeous room, comfortable bedroom, the shower was the best I have ever had at a hotel, the small kitchen was well equipped and beyond convenient. Icing on the cake- open windows with the sound of bagpipes right down the street, as well as bells chiming from St. Giles Cathedral. We were treated like family and are already counting the days until we return! I would highly recommend this beautiful, and centrally located spot to anyone. I can’t say enough about all of the little added touches to make our stay memorable and special. Well done!

I have encountered a problem with my booking. Our group consists of 6 people, including 4 adults and 2 children. I initially booked a one-bedroom apartment that had a double bed and a sofa bed, along with an additional double bedroom for my parents. However, the hotel contacted me through the booking website and informed me that I needed to book an extra double bedroom instead. So each room have 2 people! They explained that the capacity for the one-bedroom apartment was limited to 3 people, and children over 2 years old were considered as adults.I expressed my concern to the hotel and requested an upgrade of the double bed to a one-bedroom apartment. However, they directed me to contact the booking website. I promptly reached out to the booking website and they contacted the hotel representative on my behalf. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to upgrade the room and made false claims that they did not have any one-bedroom apartments available, even though the booking website clearly displayed two options for such apartments.Throughout this process, the individuals I interacted with were unhelpful and not particularly friendly. I must say that the London branches of this hotel have provided better service in the past.If you are a family I don’t think place is welcoming !I don’t’ think you are not accepting the room upgrade for the wrong information ! because I talked to the receptionist and I explained my situation and how is our plane change for the last minutes!You just don’t want to cooperate !
