Please invest elsewhere. Appalling site where withdrawals are slower than snails pace. Cant make any changes for a number days either side of ur DD which is scandalous and then we come to their returns? Let's just say I never paid much attention for a while b4 monitoring and to be honest you lose so much you wonder have they clowns investing. Have stopped all payments and then the help or advice is brutal. Genuinely have never invested in WORSE

An absolute disgrace. Not even one star. Scottish Friendly erroneously charged my 18-year old daughter an early exit fee on her JISA. They accepted the mistake, apologised and told her the money would be refunded. Six phone calls later, they advised the early exit fee was in fact never taken from her account, even though the charge was itemised on her final statement. They then tried to say the refund had already been made and asked her to send in her bank statements to prove she had not received the payment. ‘Customer Service’ operators but the phone down on us three times and an afternoon of pointless telephone calls resulted in yet another ‘referral’. Apparently the operators do not have any supervisors or managers - perhaps explaining the atrocious levels of service.

I have spent two months attempting to release my disabled childs trust fund. We have got nowhere. I have sent every form of id and proof of guardianship they have asked for . It's never made it past checking I.d . I am sure if I was investing it that it would be done that minute . I am seeking legal advice against them as they appear to be deliberately withholding money from a vulnerable disabled adult .

Very poor customer service.Customer care centre. Is not in the UK and English is not the main language. When requested to speak with a Supervisor or Manager always in a meeting!Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

I opened an account with this joke of a company through a cashback site and for my monthly premium I should have been paid £310 cashback, but it only tracked at £50!I tried calling a number of times without success so I emailed twice only for them to ignore me.They eventually emailed back over a week later with a pathetic apology and no excuse.I cancelled my direct debit and I will take my business elsewhere.Do not touch this incompetent, misleading company with a bargepole!

Absolutely appalling company. We have been trying to get them to pay out a trust and have met with delays and obfuscation at every turn. They have claimed nonsense such an internal policy change meaning they can only pay out to trustees not beneficiaries. They've now said that's not the case. I have been told numerous times the money is on its way but still nothing. I feel sorry for the call handlers. Their managers are clearly spineless and using them as cannon fodder, rather than ever taking flak themselves. Avoid at all costs.

Utterly shambolic. The returns are beyond a joke, as is trying to get hold of your money. Staff are both rude and disinterested on the phone, and emails are simply ignored. Get ready for the auto reply apologies"!"
