Very clean and neat apartments to stay for Short term stay. The property manager helped us for our every need and was very cooperative. I would recommend to book this for anyone for Short-term stay in East Midlands. :)

The apartment is well presented and neat. Very close to the city centre and shops. The host is excellent and attend to any concern in a prompt and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this apartment for stay in Lincoln.

I had a lovely stay, location and the area was very pleasant I felt safe. Chinese shop down the road and it was close to shops and restaurants. Renzo responds very quickly. The house felt super cosy and I’d definitely recommend staying here again :)

Just had a weekend break in Lincoln in a Renzo Serviced Accommodation property. The house was well equipped and well presented. So much nicer than just staying in a hotel! All the amenities were well explained. On a very cold weekend, the house could be made warm and cosy very quickly. Guy at Renzo kept in touch via email to check everything was ok and their booking system was straightforward to use. Although ours was a leisure break, the property and facilities would also be ideal for people needing a short term let for example, for work. Thanks again!

Spacious, clean and modern. 2 min walk from Lidl. Washing machine, iron and hair dryer provided. Enjoyed my 4 week stay here. Highly recommend!

Thank you Guy and Harley for hosting us. The property had very good vibes and we felt at home as soon as we entered it. It was a very wonderful experience staying there. Was very well equipped with all the household amenities, just like how it is at home. Very convenient location, as everything was at walking distance. We even extended our stay although we had a chance of staying at another place.Thank you once again
