I worked with an employee of this farce dealership and she talked me into accepting a 5 year or 10 year lease and fixing everything I wanted, she told me she boss will call me. Until I received a call from a man who sounded quite annoyed and shouted loudly when I said he didn't understand and my wife called and my wife also said that his tone was hard to listen to and also talked back and forth with the intention of renting for 10 years, he said to call him next week on Monday. The next day I got gmail. The person's name is Emma, ​​she sent a message to meet one more time, but I had to give up my job and travel expenses just to hear them say it would only be rented for 1 year. What a waste of my time, Ms. She also said I don't know you and you don't know me either so she won't let me rent it long term. Is there anyone who rents a store that they need to know for a long-term lease? I asked her why you wouldn't let me rent for long time . She said things like not paying rent, not paying rates, there were people who violated the law before and couldn't be evicted... so the contract given for what? I deposited money and paid three months' rent in advance along with repair costs to buy tables and chairs for the shop, nearly 50,000 pounds to make a joke, and then at the end of a year, you kicked me out.
