I have just collected my vivera retainers from Omnia dental spa, Louise Gidda. My journey has taken me just under two years to complete. I thank Louise for all the hard work she has put into this and being available at short notice with any issue that have arisen, plus thank you to Tirj Gidda for completing my bonding and wire attachment. I would highly recommend the service provided by Louise and the team from start to finish, they are very professional team and have such a caring manner about how the clients feel.

After a poor experience with an NHS orthodontist we were delighted how fast Dr Louise was able provide braces and then Invisalign for my teenage son. He now has a wonderful even smile which we are all super proud of.My daughter had a checkup and was diagnosed with a 9mm overbite. Our NHS dentist had not pointed this out to me. Dr Louise swiftly organised Invisalign braces for my daughter. I was surprised as I always thought braces were only for teeth and not an overbite. My daughter now has a beautiful smile with a well positioned jaw. I can’t thank you enough Dr Louise. The Omnia team is so talented and welcoming. I have recently finished my Invisalign treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. Louise and the team were so helpful.Explaining everything to me as we went through the process. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was seamless. Having had crooked bottom teeth all my life. I was shocked to know they could be moved without having any extractions. My invisalign journey has been 10 out of 10 from start to finish. Every member of staff I came into contact with were so lovely and helpful, from the receptionists to the dental assistants. Louise overlooked my journey & explained everything along the way in great detail. The latest scanning technology where you can scan your teeth from home is brilliant & saves having to check in for multiple appointments. Tirjinder then made the final touches including composite bonding. After 20 years my tooth is finally chip free! :) Thank you to all of the staff for truly making me feel looked after and caring about my experience along the way.
