STAFF COMPLAINT-DELI SERVICE.I would like to tell you about my bad experience in Morrisons in York, the store in Fossisland. I went to buy the gammon ham at the Deli section, I asked to have thin slices of Gammon Ham cut to me for 200 grams, the girl who served me seemed very hasty and certainly very busy with the way she served me, I noticed that by the meter she was cutting obviously unprofessional manner, Ham she wasn't wearing gloves, nor did she have tongs to place the slices of ham on the paper, but she grabbed them with her hands, I assume were dirty because she didn't wash them before serving me, and placed them on the scales without a clean sheet of paper, or a kitchen foil, after I observed she took a kitchen foil and still with her dirty hands she took my cut ham and rolled up the foil to make the package of ham, all this today at 5pm ,40 around. I asked for help from another colleague named ROB, I asked if there was a supervisor to talk to because this didn't seem professional and hygienic to me, ROB listened to the story I told him, and with an attitude that was almost annoyed, like if I was fussy, he went behind the deli counter to remake my Ham slices, with a not very professional air, looking at me as if I were fussy and was wrong to complain about the unhygienic service, almost making me feel at fault, then snorting with his attitude almost as if to make fun of me showed me like a clown performing a show does, that he washed his hands carefully, that he took the clean bag, that he took the kitchen foil always looking at me almost laughing like one would do to a child. because I'm not stupid, I asked to leave everything and left, but this Deli department is not at all hygienic and also unprofessional, and does not provide an online customer service service to create written complaints without being able to contact Nobody.

Have shopped here for a number of years . My granddaughter takes me ,we have lunch after shopping and throughout the summer we take a look at the plants outside . This summer my granddaghter has received a parking ticket for parking a little over the 2 hours that we knew nothing about until we had the yellow signs pointed out. Wont be shopping here again or using the cafe. Thanks morrisons, I am 95 and enjoyed this weekly excursion.

Great supermarket, ok prices but it's very large and has plenty of stuff in it. Better than Waitrose in my humble opinion. 10/10 deli as well, I always get the samosas

Wrong staff attitude, I’ve got only 3-5 items and obviously I need a carry bag, I asked 2 staff for they told me they don’t have and pint me to buy 1.5£ bag , I said I don’t want to pay 1,5£ and what can I do , one the staff with a bit of attitude told me that “ I have to buy 1.5£ bag” I said I don’t have too and she walked away …excellent customer service guy kept on going ☝️

After much confusion looking for certain items .I found a colleague I believe to be called Belinda .who helped me find my requirements easily .and who were both polite and very knowledgeable.this lady made my trip to Morrisons a lot easier.thank you .

I love Morrisons a fantastic choice of groceries especially in the meat and fish sections a choice of meat that you don't see in the other supermarkets !Diced Ox Heart , pigs kidneys and Trotters Fresh Octopus squid white bait ,Razor clams and in the cold meat section my personal favorite Brawn !Cut fresh Ham ,chicken Turkey !There is so much more all reasonably priced !Go visit and be surprised !

One of the best Morrisons I've been in during a stay in York.The quality on offer at the salad bar and rotisserie was fantastic. Lovely and helpful staff .I wish I could give you a 6 *..The pizza counter is great and manned by polite and courtesy staff

No good unless you have a Morrisons More Card. The prices are great if you have the card. There are some good deals to be had and in all it is worth a visit. The bakery is my favourite.

Very good quality clothing, some styles are a bit on the mature side but there is something to suit everyone, depending on your age. I just love it here.
