One of the best options to hire a car in Swansea, good prices compared to others and clear charges. Usually there is a 250 pounds deposit and 50 quid excess insurance costs 10 pounds a day. Overall, very good place to hire from, only online booking can be improved and automated

Can't fault Days as a business but quite annoyed with the service by one of the employees as we had hired a car online 5 days in advance and thought it was strange that we had not heard anything as the confirmation email stated someone would contact us. We called in and was told well we haven't got a kuga for you" we showed the confirmation email etc and explained we were going away and had booked a hotel etc and again shrugged his shoulders and stated "we haven't got any" with no explanation. Thank god for the Gentleman sitting next to him who looked bewildered by this who then said "There's one outside?" We honestly thought we had lost our hotel booking deposit which I would not have been happy about as the person we were dealing with just did not care."

It was a Bank Holiday and the Staff were very helpful especially Mr Lewis he really helped a lot. His knowledge was exceptional. We bought a very nice car. And we're offered all the bells and whistles with it. Even though it was in Wales their warranties and guarantees plus all the services were available in London. I am very happy thank you

Very helpful staff but not cheap

They were very helpful, had just the car I was looking for. I've used them for truck hire in the past & will use them again when I'm looking to hire something different. Maybe a motorhome...

Be careful if you hire online. We did this and waited a week and nobody contacted us as it had stated. We called in and the most ignorant man I have ever met just looked at us and said I haven't got any kugas and just didn't care, again I said look we have hired one here's the paperwork but he just shrugged his shoulders and aging said we'll I haven't got anything. Luckily there was another staff member there that said yes we have it's there. This almost spoilt our wedding anniversary but this guy really didn't care.

Friendly, helpful staff, not the cheapest place around, but at least they have what y need.

Not very helpful at all,I bought my Fiesta 3years ago,never had any trouble,until yesterday and the car wouldn't start,I rang days garngoch and spoke to workshop ,but they weren't helpful at all !!.

Credit where credit is due. After being let down by a well known hire company, I called Day's and I was back on the road in less than an hour. Lovely new car and a reasonable fee. Will make Day's my first point of call from now on.
