Horrible people, they are the most unprofessional people in the estate agency, they are Pakistani running the con business in name of BROWNSTONES. They made us homeless after 2 and half years with my 7 month baby and 3 year autistic child and bullied and harassed us with hundred calls every day, they don't have any business and will keep on harassing you day and night and threatening with breaking in the property, they never maintained the property and the radiators never worked from day 1 despite telling them they said to fix themselves and carpets wouldn't change and just to put more rugs , and never returned our deposit they are theives, i have complained to health visitor they made my son allergic and sick and he already is autistic because they refused to change dirty carpet and broken house, the council already knows. They are so stingy with money to spend mantaining the property they might escape in this temporary world they dont care about baby a special needs child or even if you are pregnant they can kick you out anytime ,don't ever buy or rent property from them they are experts in making families disputes and putting small children on the streets and homeless. Even in cold weather in the last few days when we were panicking for where to go, the hot water and heating wasn't working. If u could give 0 starts I would, please don't lose your hard earned money on this theives and the mental harassment and atleast don't make your children homeless better rent from an professional company.

In response to the Ayesha Saleem's review, I am the landlord of this property and I feel the need to write a response to this unfair review of Brownstones. With the help of this agency, I was able to evict these nightmare tenants through the correct legal channels. These tenants were provided numerous warnings that they cannot run a motor vehicle repair service on these premises and use other resident's car park slots. I can confirm that they were given a total of 6 months notice period to evict the property.I would like to clarify my agent, Brownstones who I have been dealing with for over 15 years, have been amazing throughout and further have always provided a professional and honest service; they have been invaluable to me when dealing with these tenants.I will always recommend Brownstones to any prospective landlords and tenants.Yours truthfully
