Could not have asked for anything else at this difficult time. Sandra visited me at home and helped us to arrange the funeral. Our family had all we asked for, however strange the request.We were contacted by Garside at every stage of the planning and they arranged everything for us.A fantastic service given by very nice people..

Extremely disappointing experience. We felt an inconvenience from start to finish. Garsides left me waiting for 3 months after the funeral for a response to my invoice queries, my questions and complaints. I eventually only received a thoroughly unsatisfactory verbal response after my strongest possible complaint.I have since used a different funeral director and my experience is incomparable. I will never consider garsides or dignity in the future as a result of my experience.

Well what can I say the kindness and care myself and family received is second to non. My mum was treated with so much dignity and respect after she passed ,nothing was too much trouble for your team and even though we as a family are truly heartbroken you managed ro make the whole process bearable.I feel I must mention Sam and Sandra you two wonderful ladies seemed to have the ability tomake our family feel like the only ones going through this.So from the bottom of our hearts thank youNicola Barrow and family xxx

My second time of using garsides and i would definitely recommend them. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Made a stressful time a lot easier.
