Turned up for a viewing at midday today and was told by the owner that the property sold yesterday and that I should’ve been informed it was off the market as that was a condition from the buyer. Yet it is still on Rightmove. But no communication at all to say so. I drove 40 minutes to drop my children off at their grandparents so I could view the property. No wonder estate agents have the reputation they do. Booking process fairly straight forward but you can’t choose to say you can do more than one viewing time which would potentially benefit both parties in terms of flexibility.
