The clinic is great! They really focus on helping people - understanding the case and following a holistic treatment that will improve considerably or cure completelly the pain. Dr. Lin is extremelly good and professional - has already helped to 2 friends. One with shoulder and back pain and the other one recovering from a massive abdomen surgery. The treatment rooms are clean, the whole place is fresh and tidy. They always welcome with hot herbal tea the visitors.

Firstly, I've had acupuncture and deep tissue massage and both have definitely helped in managing my knee pain and stiffness.My issue with this establishment is the constant upselling. I went in for a specific service and you are immediately bombarded with a sales pitch for supplements and buy 6 get one free offers. It's very uncomfortable and invasive. I've only been twice and because of their sales tactics, I will go elsewhere. Sorry

Decent massage but not the treatment I had booked. I was meant to receive a lymphatic drainage massage and even after mentioning this to the therapist twice, after they got it mixed up in reception, I was still given a deep tissue massage in the end. Massage itself was not bad but only 1 side of my body was treated. I'm sure they are better with their acupuncture and TCM offerings but cannot recommend for massage appointments.

I have been seeing Dong at the Kensington location for some time now, her deep tissue massage is strong and targets tension giving instant relief. Dong is caring, nurturing and good natured, I thoroughly recommend her for massage therapy.Julia
