I had an emergency appointment with Dr Lord who was very reassuring and very professional with my treatment. Thanks also go to his nurses and reception team.

I get so nervous when going to the dentist. I have so much anxiety built up around it due to bad past experiences. Dr Lord put all my anxiety at ease. So friendly, so cheerful and patient.Cannot recommend him enough!

Needed emergency treatment as a none registered patient, I left a message stating it was an emergency and that I wasn't registered.On call back I gave my full details to the receptionist and then was told that they aren't taking any new (emergency) patients.I had initially been given an appointment time but by the end of the conversation it was no longer available to me.They really do need to change the message on their telephone answering machine to inform that emergency none registered new patients aren't treated. If this really is the case.

I had root canal treatment and a filling. The dentist was very informative and kept me fully aware of every step of the treatment. Although it wasn’t the most pleasant experience, he made it as comfortable as possible for me and was extremely patient. I didn’t feel any pain which I was most frightened of prior to the appointment. Thank you.

Bessacarr Dental Practice
I have been a patient at this practice for a long time under the previous management. My son and I had our check up today and we were so impressed, particularly with, Sia, the dentist that we saw today. Made my son feel completely at ease and even got him involved in what was happening during the appointment. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Great dental practice.

Bessacarr Dental Practice
Had an appointment with Dr Lord this morning for a root canal treatment. He took great care to explain exactly what would happen and the procedure was pain free and went to plan. Dr Lord was very gentle and kept stopping to make sure I was comfortable with the treatment. Being a very anxious patient, both Dr Lord and his Assistant were very caring and have improved my confidence for future appointments. A big thank you from me!

Mr Lord was a breath of fresh air - a dentist who actually enjoys his job ! He was so patient and reassuring towards my disabled mother on her first visit. Thanks also to Jane the receptionist. A anxious visit turned into a successful one. Thank you all.

As a nervous patient I have found that Dr Lord always makes me feel very calm and explains what is happening. Absolutely great with the kids. Always smiling and great at his job. Very friendly staff all round :) I have also been to see Dr Sharma and she was lovely too.

Bessacarr Dental Practice
Took half day off from work and went appointment which booked one month ago. Arrived appointment on time. After waited 10 minutes, they said they cant proceed.So disappointment, awful service
