Had a nightmare with my car breaking but everyone at the garage was brilliant and so helpful. They went out of their way to help me get the car sorted, helped source a courtesy car at short notice when I was stuck for work and I got a great deal on a replacement car from them. I’m so grateful to everyone.Thank you David Turner for taking the time to get me sorted and with the new car! Will be definitely be back! Thank you

Provided a minibus with dangerous and illegal tyres causing 3 blowouts on the motorway. Do NOT use to hire a minibus if you value your life and that of your passengers. I could have been killed for christs sake

We broke down in our motorhome in the Lakes, and after phoning round a few garages locally were directed to the Ford Pye Motors group. Their staff were brilliant, ringing round to get us fitted in somewhere, and we were RAC recovered to Morecambe that afternoon. The fault was diagnosed quickly and after an overnight wait for parts (we were able to stay onsite in our motorhome overnight), we were back on our way by 1pm. Could not fault the service we received from all the staff... kind, courteous and kept us well informed of progress, and made sure we had everything we needed while stranded in the car park. Excellent service. Thank you so much to everyone there, but especially the two Martins, and to Christine at the Kendal dealership who was our saviour.

Before I was in a wheelchair, They got me a long wheel base van with next to no notice on a Monday morning after enterprise hire screwed me.Service and staff where super friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend them over larger hire companies.Rating: 5/5Wheelchair user review:There is wheelchair friendly parking however the height of the pavement and it's narrowness combined with a manual door makes it a hassle to get into the store.Once inside it's very wheelchair friendly and the staff offer help.Car park / entrance: 3/5 ♿Inside the Store: 5/5 ♿Staff service: 5/5 ♿Overall ♿ rating: 4.8/5Thank you

Shocking service from Pye Motors. Went in for a diagnostics check and they managed to break something else. When challenged about it they said they would have to charge me for fitting the part back that they wrecked. Shocking shocking service, steer clear. I'm an OAP with very limited funds. Appalling service. I have to give 1 star as I cant give any lower. Posted on behalf of my mother.

I am not normally one to complain but my recent visit was very disappointing, the staff behind the service desk where rude complaining infront of me about other customers and having to answer the phone .but I do have to give the technician who carried out the work every credit as he did an excellent job he was polite, knowledgeable and a credit to the company great work from him
