Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had my ingrown toe nail removed by Nur who was fantastic throughout the procedure and very informative.

Had a very friendly experience with Fouad for his chiropody/podiatry services. Definitely one of the best treatments and results I have had since I having to start taking care of my feet.

didn’t open the door for me or return my calls, i turned up for my appointment and no one was there, the door was locked and i rang the bell twice, waiting for 20minutes. they called me once in the morning, i missed the call but messaged them and called back at least 4 times.really unprofessional and waste of my saturday morning.this appointment was planned weeks ago so not sure why they went silent all of a sudden, very weird, never experienced being ignored from an appointment before.

Great service. Gemma has been brilliant at diagnosing and successfully treating several problems I’ve had this last few years. Expert, knowledgeable, highly professional and very supportive. The reception staff are always efficient, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I've been going to Fitter Feet for over 11 years and for at least 9 of those Gemma has been in charge of sorting my hard skin and toe nails. Ever the professional and does an amazing job every time. Keep up the great work Fitter Feet!

I emailed fitter feet for life directly with my complaint and received no response.I had booked a 15 min consultation appointment with Georgina Hutchinson. Initially the receptionist had not booked me in properly so I had waited 10 mins (to his credit he later apologised for a misunderstanding) before being seen. Ms Hutchinson gave no explanation about how the consultation worked, what it included or how any charges would be applied. She pointed out lots of things that were wrong with my feet and briefly explained why my nail was giving me pain. I was given multiple options of how to fix the problem but no clear guidance. I found this confusing. I then opted to have the nail filed. She did not explain that this would incur a cost. She filed the nail for around 4 mins and then said, I'm not really sure how much to charge you

My foot had been a bruisey mess after I fell down my stairs. It was very badly sprained and my NHS doctor had told me he expected it would take 6 to 9 months to heal. My foot was put in a boot and I was given a set of crutches and no instruction on how best to look after it.As soon as I started booking laser and massage sessions with Gemma, my foot improved noticeably. 3 months into my injury now and my foot looks like a foot again and I can walk with no crutches.Next step is booking with Gemma again to get my plantar fasciitis sorted!

visited a couple of times with my young son with flat feet. While Diane is knowledgeable and you feel you are getting her expertise and help, her social skills lack sadly. I always felt I was talked down to and both visit left me feeling bad. She has blamed me for being a bad mother in front of my son for not wanting to buy custom made orthotics for hundreds of pounds. While I’d like to see her again for her knowledge and detailed diagnosis, I think I’ll find someone else with a bit more positive and friendly attitude.

Massive thank you to Diane for sorting my feet out. Been training for an ultra marathon, so my feet have taken a bit of a beating as of late. Diane has been able to fix the troubled areas and I no longer have pain whilst training. Very friendly and professional. Thanks!Also, a thanks to Nadira for contacting my health insurance provider and requesting treatment for me - saved me a good amount of time. Great service :)
