Tesco Express

Visited on 06/12/2021 at 13:45ishSEL stated there was a Clubcard multibuy on a brand, in which you could mix and match products. This wasn’t reflected at the self scan, so I pressed the assistance button. A Girl behind the main tolls cancelled the assistance request, and I had to wait for them to realise I was waiting for assistance. They told me I had to press pay (I had already done this). Then I was asked to accompany them to the product. When we returned, I was told she’d get someone to come and sort it.This colleague also advised me (once again) that I had to press pay. She then also asked if I’d accompany them to the shelf. I said that this wasn’t necessary as we’d already been. Then the manager appeared behind me, and in a means to attempt to convince me I was wrong, showed me a completely different shelf edge label to explain it. The problem being, this SEL was a totally different format, specifying one product. The one I was attempting to buy was for “ANY 3 x”.For this entire (very long and drawn out process), I was treated as if I was a total newbie of a customer and new to Clubcard, which is extra frustrating as I do every food shop, multiple times a week in Tesco. The manager was at least somewhat less patronising, even if they were using an irrelevant example.Because this took so long, I was in too much of a rush to even buy an alternate product.So disappointed.

Not friendly staff. Don't want to go back to this Tesco.

Good place to visit everything very easy to find staff helpful service very good a little waiting to check out.

Relatively new shop good range of essentials and friendly staff

Nice supermarket which is open till late every day. Even tough is open till late it isn't a night shop. Many things to find except drinks.
