Fabulously professional and exceptional service both for my eye test and new specs. All the latest testing equipment for a thorough eye MOT and a huge range of frames and lenses. All with very friendly and accommodating staff.

As most of the reviews can attest, Keith Holland Opticians is brilliant from start to finish. James was fantastic, and balanced humour with expertise in his assessment. Summer was also wonderfully helpful, lending her opinion on what was suiting my face shape etc as I tried on glasses.Such a unique and warm experience compared to my past experiences in other high street opticians. Every service of theirs that I have used, from routine eye tests, to specialist check-ups, to behavioural optometry, has been carried out with great professionalism and to the highest standard.The behavioural optometry in particular is a stand-out feature of Keith Holland, as it is something that isn’t widely offered but is an effective and pro-active way to treat many vision issues, including convergence insufficiency. The team at Keith Holland are leading experts in this approach, and the two treatment plans that I have undertaken over the years have both been very effective at improving my vision problems.The building is sleek and elegant, whilst also being warm and inviting. Every member of staff that I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been friendly and helpful.I have been a patient/customer for 10 years and will continue to be so long as I live in Cheltenham (and I would willingly travel from afar for the behavioural optometry). They are definitely worth considering if you are looking for an opticians/optometrists that are forward-thinking, innovative, friendly, and effective.

Absolutely fantastic service from an outstandingly professional practice. I have a particularly tricky eye problem which James and Ankur support me with outstandingly. Superb choice of frames and contact lenses. Summer is fantastic too!

I visited Marcus at The Hearing Care Partnership recently (located within Keith Holland Opticians) and was really impressed. Reception was really friendly and helpful and the waiting area is pleasant. The service provided by Marcus was great. He took the time to explain everything and he’s clearly an expert in his field. The price was in line with Bupa and less than Nuffield Health. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to family and friend.

My tokai lens are much sharper with excellent clarity and are both the thinnest and the most light weight lens I've ever worn. Thank you to Sid and the rest of the team at Keith Holland.

I have recently visited the clinic, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. This was my first time to have my earwax removed. I was a bit nervous but Marcus reassured me that everything will be okay and explained step by step which was helpful. Marcus was incredibly thorough, whilst being very patient and explaining in detail the condition I was experiencing and how he could resolve it which he successfully did.
