ASDA Opticians

After using this Asda opticians for years I have been trying to get an examination appointment since August 2021 and no one will ring me back to arrange said appointment.My message to them this week was I will no longer be using their services because I am sick of being treated like dirt by them never responding to my calls. Guess what somebody actually rang back I did not take the call.You have lost any respect I had for you previously and yes they are never in a rush to serve you at any time, not a particularly smiley set off staff.Customer SERVICE is what makes or breaks a business especially today when money is tight. Lousy service means customers will go elsewhere. So in future if I am treated badly I will move onto better treatment and service elsewhere.I have just had exceptional CS from a local Opticians and will not be returning to Asda.You will eventually lose your jobs through lack of customers and you only have yourselves to blame.You have 3.4* reviews I suggest you improve your service and try to raise your score. The other 2 Asda Opticians score is even worse than Kingswood.Maybe you need better management?have been trying to get them to phone me back for an appointment

Really awful customer service.We have been 3,4 times to collect daughters' glasses,but everytime the optician wasn't there.Very disappointed when I discovered the new rules.

Recommended to use Asda opticians.staff very friendly and helpful.had some help choosing my frames which I now know is very important to get the right one's for your comfort fit.and to suit your face shape.The manager at Asda opticians Kingswood Hull.was very patient and helped me get the right pair of glasses.Also texted me to let me know my glasses where ready to pick up . arrived very quickly. Great.happy I choose this opticians.

Great customer service i was seen to early, spent nearly an hour and half deciding what glasses suited me and the lady was finding me glasses giving me her opinion and helped me find the right pair. Excellent service.

I have been going to Asda Opticians for a number of years and have always been delighted with service the skills of the Opticians the choice of frames the prices are excellent the front of house staff have always been attentive and given Covid I was impressed with the hygiene in place. I am at a loss reading 2 very negative reviews. Not my experience at all.

It was OK, i guess. the wait was a bit too long but the service was pretty good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed a repair and Julie was very helpful and manged to sort it out. Thank you so much.

Completely impossible to get to actually speak to someone to make an appointment! 12 phone calls and only managed to speak to someone on Asda switchboard once! Why don't they ever answer the phone!

The worst ever customer service. The assistants were too intrested in talking to each other than the clearly waiting customers. Obviously what they were going to have for lunch was more important. Waited around for 20 minutes then decided to leave. Will not be returning. Maybe just a bad day for them, but do they want really want you to spend your money with them. The main Asda has good customer service, so I think they need to take some lessons from them.
