Connell & McFadden were the letting agent for our rented flat for almost three years until we bought a place of our own - as a final experience with renting goes, it could not have been better. Connell & McFadden went the extra mile numerous times for us, and took a genuine interest in our well-being that was unlike any previous experience we'd had with an agency. The usual pitfalls of renting - a yearly rent increase arriving like clockwork, repairs going undone or put off, unannounced inspections - were nowhere to be found with these guys; just professional, caring people that helped whenever we asked. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We are new Landlords and have felt very much supported by Connell and McFadden. We met with them before we had purchased a flat and they gave good advice and information about what being a Landlord entails and good areas to consider for rentals. They really do help you make the most of your property with tips, hints and practical support to get the flat let at the best price. We are now several months into letting a property and cannot fault the personal touch this family business offers

Connell & McFadden have been managing our flat for 1 year and have overseen two separate tenancy lets. The entire process has been handled professionally and any questions we had were answered quickly. It has a been a really positive experience for us as first-time landlords and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Connell & McFadden to others.In particular, Giverny, the Lettings Manager, has been excellent throughout in managing any issues in the flat and keeping us informed regarding viewings and general tenancy processes.

So far our experience with Connell and McFadden has been excellent. The whole moving in process (including documents and keeping us informed with any updates) has been so helpful and easy to understand. Leigh was great at communicating with me and my partner and even still checks in incase there are any issues that she can resolve. We are so pleased with our new home and look forward to our future in it :)
