I can only speak for myself. but most of the staff here are professional and caring. My Prescriptions are always on time. I Use the Danson Family Practice at this location. Dr Mubarak is a caring individual who treats me with dignity. It would be rude of me to comment on other doctors as i have not used them. The nursing staff are of similar ilk. i would recommend this practice to anyone. I think marking this place down because of a traffic warden sat in the car park one day is hardly doing justice to the job the professionals do here.

It’s a good practice but lacking in appointments which is hard to get plus parking is an issue. They need to create a bigger car park as it’s so busy at times plus the car park is a tight squeeze which isn’t suitable and the chemist need to stock up more on their medication cos most of the time it’s not available .

Worst care centre i have ever been to. You ring at 8am an can't even get through to anyone before they say all appointments have been taken by 8.05am try again tomorrow.. I have been trying to get an appointment for about 3 weeks now for my kids.. Better off going to walk in centre..Absolute disgrace..

Unable to get an appointment.Call up and the lines are so busy at any given time, so tried to book an appointment online with Kapur family care. Unable to book online bookings too. What is the point of the online facility then?When line does get accepted, I am told that the Doctor will call back in 2/3 hours to confirm an appointment date and time. That didn't happen. I waited all day for a call back.This is atrocious

Very bad experience, unprofessional staff, when someone die in front of them they just don't care. I have too much bleeding from my belly button they said its OK it will stop how can it stopped without any medication or without seeing it. They said we send you for x Ray and scanning now it's almost 15 days but there is no response. Even they are liers they said we will call you but they never.

Absolutely disgusting practice. They don't make in person appointments anymore and if you need one they tell you to go A&E. what is the doctor for then? For giving health advice on the phone ? I might as well call the public healthline at this point ! Receptionists are useless as well. Sometimes they hang up on your call after 10 minute waiting.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Do not care about their customers, rude staff. Phone line is never answered and prescriptions are very slow, they are chatting in the back instead of making prescriptions. Prescriptions often take over a week sometimes two to be ready. Regularly spend days without medicine waiting for it to be ready. Avoid.

Absolutely disgusting staff! When my mother is trying to get medication for her child with ASD, the receptionist finds it highly hilarious to put my mum on hold for endless minutes. And when my mum asked to speak with her child’s doctor she lied and said she doesn’t work there then said it wasn’t even the right doctors surgery! Then this receptionist proceeded to give my mum social services number and told her that this number was the right number for the surgery my mum needed !! Not even 1 star service !!!!

Unprofessional staff at reception. If you can't do any thing then why you sitting at reception. Our appointment was at 330pm and required a full bladder. We have been waiting for a long time and when asked at the reception she said I only work at the reception and book appointments. I cant do any thing and cant even let them know that you are waiting. And when went inside they said no body let us know. Lack of communication and professionalism.Seriously, avoid this place at all costs if you can.

Unprofessional, poorly co-ordinated and they do not value their patients. Awful GP practice, receptionists are rude and health workers do not bother to meet individual needs. Nothing about this service is person-centred and they definetely do not care about your health needs/risks. They have failed to arrange appointments for reviews, such as medication reviews. In basic terms, they neglect their duty of care and do not work in partnership with other services to ensure your health and wellbeing is maintained.
