Blaise made me feel really comfortable as soon as I sat down on the chair to get my eyebrows waxed. She talked me through the whole process, explaining in detail each and every step. More importantly, I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be coming back!

Initially, I was incredibly nervous about the prospect of having my eyebrows waxed. However, Blaise of Boots made sure that my preferences were heard and acted upon. I am beyond happy with my new (and slightly tidier) look. Great customer service followed by great results.
