Zaitoon Restaurant
Fancied somewhere different to eat, so gave this place ago. There was 4 of us, so we had a set meal for 4, plus 3 starters. Food was stunning, and there was more than enough food for 4 adults, chicken, lamb chops, rice, fries, etc. Drinks selection could be improved, but great evening.

The chicken shish kebab was disappointingly small and lacked flavour for £14. The music was excessively loud and the 'naan' was merely a rockhard slab of flat, seeded bread. Would not recommend

Really nice experience. The food arrived quickly and was well cooked, the chicken was juicy and fell apart and the saffron rice was perfect. The strawberry mocktail was £8 which seemed expensive but they give you a good portion and it tastes fresh. Very nice atmosphere too and not too crowded, they had booth seating so it was very comfy too.

They have FIFA and shisha too - see end of my review.I'm a huge foodie and I rarely give 5 stars, but this place thoroughly deserved it. I ordered falafel and hummus for starters, I forgot the name of my main but it was the grilled lamb served with steamed rice, a side of Persian salad (half eaten in the picture) with a big piece of thin naan bread (also half eaten). To drink I had fresh pineapple juice.All the food was delicious, served hot and cooked to perfection. The lamb was amazing, very soft and tender, full of flavour. Presentation was also spot on as you can see in the pictures. Interior is very nice and gives a Persian feel with the music. Portion sizes were just right, the service was great from the moment I walked in, very friendly and polite.FIFA and shisha: I didn't smoke shisha but I asked to see upstairs and the manager offered me a game of FIFA on the projector. Seems like a really nice place to chill out, the picture with the light brown chairs is upstairs (shisha area).Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit again!

Now I give this place a 3 star as the service that we received from the lady in charge was very attentive and always willing to help. The food was not to my liking at all but it was tasty enough. The only downside that I can report was that the waiter was not very hygienic at all! kept dropping food and spilling drinks which was annoying. The food came quick though portion size for the kids stuff was meager and was over priced. However they tried.I had the jojoa grill sort of thing, and requested the meat be half spicy and half normal. The request was accepted, I don't think it was adhered to but as a meat fan I really enjoyed the chicken. The lamb was not as tasty as I expected.

We are a great movie lovers and a frequent cineworld customer , we might have walk past this restaurant a dozens of times . Today we finally decided to try this place and I would say it was a good decision. We ordered some lamb chops, lamb steak kebabs, shish kebabs with rice. It was delicious , reasonable price, good quantity, nice service. To be honest it was worth it.

Food was amazing. We got a platter which was suitable for our group of 4. It was very filling. We had some leftover food that we bagged and took back to the hotel with us. The interior was really nice and they had some ethnic music playing in the background. The staff were very polite and hospitable. They directed us to the toilets when we asked (which were well-equipped and clean) and gave us a small heater at our table. A very pleasant experience; would recommend a visit.

I don’t get the negative reviews for this place I’ve been there twice now and the food is great and the service is fantastic.The month I’m posting the review in is the month of Ramadan, where Muslims fast for most of the day. This place gives ALL its customers free dates, bread, hummus and soup while you wait for your meal.And the food is really good and the tea is also fantastic. I felt like I was in Morocco with all the glasses and tea pots. Fantastic place can’t recommend it enough.They’re so polite and really put an effort in.10/10
