Property Refit

So extremely pleased with Ian and his work. He was my choice out of 3 that quoted for removing my bath and installing a shower tray and screen. As a women on my own theres always a little anxiety. But Ian was fantastic. I left him with a house key so he could work whilst I was working. He started and finished on time and tidied up each day. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Ian and the team were fantastic. Ian suggested layout solutions we hadn’t thought of and made the process so easy for us by organising all the design work with Easy Bathrooms. We can’t fault the finish of the work and really appreciate the ‘belt and braces’ approach he had.

We have used Ian twice now, and will continue to make him the first call for any home maintenance.Ian done a great job fitting tiles in our kitchen and was very reasonably priced and helpful in recommending the best way to purchase the tiles and grout etc.He also recently helped with a tricky under sink leak that i just couldn't figure out, he had it sorted in 45 mins.

From the moment Ian turned up to give us an initial quote, we were impressed. He took full measurements of our bathroom and coordinated with the supplier to help with the design. He listened to what we wanted to achieve and incorporated those needs into the bathroom. The quote he gave was 100% accurate with no changes other than an extra job we asked for while he was there. During the work, it was evident that Ian would not take any shortcuts or sacrifice quality to rush the job. The end result is a bathroom that can only be described as perfect. I would not hesitate in recommending Property Refit for any project you maybe considering.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and en-suite. From the initial quote (which was detailed and comprehensive) to the end of the job, Ian has been amazing: friendly, professional and considerate. The quality of the finish is outstanding, and he clearly takes pride in his work. Every step of the way Ian kept us updated with his progress, let us know what he was doing next and how he would be doing it, and each evening the site was left clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again for future work and highly recommend his services.

Property Refit entirely replaced our ensuite a month ago and we simply could not be happier with the service and quality provided by Ian and Keith.Very keenly priced, highly proactive in understanding our wishes and ensuring they were met, they talked us through every aspect of the planning and installation.Timely, friendly, spotlessly tidy and trusted to be in our home while we were at work, Property Refit did not fail to impress.We have a master bathroom to replace and will not hesitate to use Property Refit again.

Ian and Keith did an excellent job. We are delighted with our new en-suite bathroom. I can highly recommend. Ian and Keith are perfectionists and it really shows in their workmanship. And bonus points to you both for being so lovely with our dog.

We finally decided to replace the upstairs interior doors and asked Ian if he would undertake this task. We are so glad he agreed. His approach to understanding our request gave us the confidence to let him advise us on options that we hadn't considered, particularly, the hinges and fittings, which has made the end result so much better than we had hoped. We let Ian have a key so the interruption to us was minimal and the house was left clean and tidy every night during the time he was undertaking the work.We would recommend Ian - his professional approach, understanding and advice regarding what is feasible with a project are skills that are often overlooked or not available.

Lovely guy and really took the time to sort every detail. Very happy with our bathroom and would 100% recommend.
