Excellent service ! The lady who served me was very helpful and very informative about her products, which helped me pick exactly what I needed ! She even has tools to hand for the leather shoes so if they're a little tight they're made to fit better. Definitely advise going here

Came across this shop while on short break in Stourbridge. Couldn't believe how reasonable the prices in the window were. Went inside and tried on a pair of R21" trainers. Very comfortable so bought them. Next day I walked for miles around Winchester

They sell high quality good shoes for all the family .Been shopping at thus shop for very long time since 1988 .Both under previous ownership and current ownership. I still got two Pairs of shoes l bought in 1980's .Which l have worn in my travels in many parts of the world .The older they get more comfortable they seem to be getting.

Found this store by chance online whilst looking for a particular pair of shoes. They had them in stock, right size, at an incredible price.Spoke to the owner on the phone when enquiring on delivery timescales. Tremendously helpful, and we had a brilliant good conversation too.Will definitely stopbyuif I am everin the area! Highly recommended.

have a pair of these boots after looking at a pair of RM Williams, support British incredibly quality boots and will last years much better than any main brands these people know their stuff, know their boots and know how to make quality footwear

What an amazing shop. I was determined to use UK companies and not use Amazon over Xmas so found this shop. The price was fiercely competitive. Sadly the wellies didnt fit, and despite Xmas, New Year and Covid lockdown, and... they bent over backwards to help me. Good old-fashioned customer service at it's best.
