Phase 3 Kitchens

We chose Phase 3 following a recommendation from our builder and a really positive first meeting with Rob at the Phase 3 showroom. The whole process of design, construction and installation has been excellent. The quality of materials and workmanship has been great, but perhaps the most important feature has been how our vision was understood and developed and how Rob responded to our changing plans, building in some bespoke features. We found that the personal service and responsiveness through the whole process gave us the confidence that our new kitchen would be brilliant. We were right it is! Thank you Phase 3.

Quality from start to finish, no tweak was too much bother. Rob and his team were so professional and understanding throughout. So pleased with the finished thing, have to pinch ourselves each day that this is our kitchen. If you need a new kitchen look no further than Phase 3 Kitchens.

I cannot express how much we love our kitchen! We went to Rob and Tasha following recommendations from a friend and builders - we're so glad we did, they're genuinely passionate about providing good service and great products. They were fantastic throughout the whole process, understood our design spec and made the kitchen we envisioned - the reality being a beautiful kitchen we still pinch ourselves to check it's ours.Rob was professional, patient and understanding as the build and kitchen design developed and changed. He oversaw the whole process, from kitchen delivery to worktop templating, being physically present on site to make sure things ran smoothly. Rob's attention to detail is second to none...it was all these things combined that made him stand out from the big high street companies. Phase 3 Kitchens were chosen following personal recommendation from friends. From start of detailed planning to final installation by following trades, Phase 3 completed an amazing new kitchen which we can be proud of for many years to come.We must say the whole process was stress free and the communication and workmanship with following trades was fantastic all the way.Everything finished off beautifully and on time, so big thanks to Rob, Andy, Ben and the rest of the team.I would thoroughly recommend Phase 3 Kitchens if you are considering a local bespoke service with great value.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. No pressure to buy at start of process and Rob demonstrated his passion and wealth of experience designing, supplying and fitting (by Neal) our classy new kitchen and utility room. Really good attention to detail ; we have been built a highly functioning and very attractive kitchen. Good value for money as well. Rob was brilliantly accommodating throughout the process which was needed when our ongoing building work took longer than expected. Phase 3 really went that extra mile to ensure that we were completely happy with the finishing product. Really nice local family run business who were a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.

A small establishment with plenty of choice of kitchens. Showroom was chilly and would benefit from some more heating though. Staff seemed honest, competent and friendly. I didn't feel obligated to buy top of the range items nor pressured while making my decision. Proof will be in the receipt of the quote.Since the review above, I can confirm I have purchased a kitchen and I am very pleased with the entire process. Jamie and Rob have gone beyond accommodating to get my wishes finalized. Nothing was too much trouble and personally helped me achieve what I needed. My new kitchen is ace and I love it. You won't get this personal touch from any of the big main stream suppliers. Its defiantly a company to consider!!

I am so happy with our lovely Phase 3 kitchen. The whole process of buying and installing the kitchen went like a dream from beginning to end. One of the best things for us is that they are local, as well.The initial consultation in the showroom was great. We didn’t feel at all hurried and all the questions we asked were answered thoroughly, which gave us confidence in choosing Phase 3 Kitchens for the kitchen in our new house.The quality of the cabinets is excellent- they are really solid and the closing mechanisms of the doors and drawers are very smooth and secure.We were able to choose the exact colour of cabinets that we wanted and opted for a solid wood worktop, which is beautiful. There is a great range of cabinets and drawers available and I love the larder cabinet and deep drawers we opted for.The value for money is fantastic- coming out top against all the other kitchens we looked at-you would be very hard pushed to find a company for this type of kitchen that is better quality and cheaper.We opted to use our own fitter, and Phase 3 provided extremely detailed fitting instructions and plans. They were always on hand for any issues or questions throughout the fitting process- responding really quickly.I cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them in the future.

From the very first Rob understood what we were looking for. After visiting us to see what we already had - a small galley kitchen with appliances in the wrong places - he was really on the ball. We visited the showroom several times and he had the patience of a saint as we fiddled with several changes, even though the choice of colour scheme was immediately. Unfortunately the prior building work we were having done at the house was held up so we had more time to rethink more small changes and he never once showed any sign of “here we go again”. Just encouraged us to make sure we had everything we wanted. When it came to the fitting we met the fitter, Neal, who was proposed by Rob - between them the dream team. Neal was just as meticulous as Rob and went beyond the call of duty with his creative skills, building a set of bookshelves where there shouldn’t have been space, but he still found it. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We have a super kitchen in which they somehow created more space and a beautiful finish. Thank you Phase 3.
