Perfect, place for purchase a car. Excellent service!!! Highly recommended!!!

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Watkins car sales. We bought a Skoda Rapid from this seller. We live in Somerset and after we booked the car we went to Slough to pick the car up. When we arrive we want to pay wit credit card and they charged us an extra 3% ( credit card fee) despite the fact we asked previously on the phone if we can pay by credit card. Because we already wasted our time to get there we decided to pay the fee. On our way back to Somerset, after driving 100 miles the car broke down. Despite by law they should come and pick the car up they said that we have to take the car to their garage. So we had to take the car back on our expenses. One week later we had to go back again to Slough to pick the car because they didn't want to refund us. In the end we kept he car but for sure we will not choose this dealer again!!!

Just purchased a great car from this family run firm. Very reasonably priced especially when you consider that their own skilled mechanics have checked it all over and this provides real piece of mind.Great customer service and honest advice to help you pick the right car.Pleasure to do business with

We have used Watkins for a number of years and they have always been brilliant - professional, honest, totally reliable and thorough with every job.Their pick up and drop off service is also fantastic and makes our lives that much easier!I broke down in the local area the other day and couldn’t get my car started. Watkins arrived within 3 mins of me calling, managed to get the car started and made sure our family got home safely.Couldn’t ask for a better service and would give more than 5 stars if it was possible.

Continued excellent local service and honest, genuine advice. Came out at three minutes notice to help our car, stranded in a dangerous spot, and managed to get it working. Helped guide us through the best path to get the car sorted.And from three years ago:Very pleased with the service from this garage. A different local tyre service broke the locking wheel nut during a tyre repair and these guys fixed it for a basic charge and returned it to me within a day. Very good honest service.

Our experience has been consistently excellent with this family run business over the five years they have been in Stoke Poges. Whether its been the open an honest friendliness and advice from the father son team at the helm, or the excellence of the mechanics in the workshop, we have nothing but praise for their 'above and beyond' approach to service - which has helped us save money and time as we keep our cars running. Whether you are buying a used car or having one serviced I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company, and know many local people who would agree. In this world of faceless companies and mediocre service, its encouraging to know that local companies providing genuine service still exist!

Bought a second hand car a few months back, under no fault of anyone's a sensor went faulty and needed repairing, Watkins offered to diagnose and fix the car but due to the distance I went to Fiat and had the diagnosis done at home, assuming the fault and further work would be covered under the warranty. The warranty company were extremely unhelpful and refused to cover the internal fault. One e-mail back to the Watkins car sales and they advised me to get the job done with Fiat and they would cover the cost. They didn't have to cover this but it was greatly appreciated and they were very helpful!

We did not have a good experience with the purchase of our now returned car from Watkins car sales. We purchased an 11 plate silver Mercedes in February with a faulty head unit (we were well aware the head unit was faulty). The car had an error message on the dash - an TPMS error. Long story short we and Watkins poured money and time into trying to diagnose/fix it. We ended up paying to get the head unit fixed as we were going to keep the car, two courtesy cars (2nd time around we were offered a loan car which we would have to insure ourselves - my insurance wouldn't allow it) petrol, time, emails and stress.

Just picked up a BMW 123d today. Watkins Car Sales were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Vehicle has a fresh MOT, they serviced it, and replaced the rear brake pads, after I’d made the deal. Very professional. I would certainly buy from them again. Thank you.

Great car dealer. My purchase was seamless and easy. Very friendly and professional dealer. Genuinely wants the best car for you, you don't see this kind of customer service around much these days. I have waited 4 months since my car purchase before writing this review - the car has been faultless. I would not hesitate to buy another car from here, in fact, its the first place I would look.
