Excellent service once again from the service team at Westcars. Following a disastrous visit to Nationwide Tyres at Tiverton, Luke and Ash arranged for 4 replacement tyres to be fitted promptly and, incidentally cheaper than the national company. Thoroughly recommend Westcars.

I have used Westcars for 3 years now, they have been unfailingly polite and efficient, at a reasonable price. They have squeezed me in to fix an issue the day before a trip abroad. They are honest and will tell you clearly and fairly what the issues are. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Go elsewhere, 6 months of issues with the Mokka we purchased. The same issue with the car was taken back 4 times and still wasn't sorted when we eventually got our money back. They would only answer questions they wanted to answer. Didn't always reply to emails. Were told different things by different members of staff. Were offered a straight swop on a newer car, after the issues with our own car you would think it would be spotless, see photos below!!! We had two different excuses why it wasn't valeted properly, our valeter is off so the toilet cleaner did it and oh we took it too the Polish guys across the way!!!!Steve initially offered us £1400 less than the original purchase price!! Record your conversations as the email to confirm what was said will be different than the actual conversation. Oh and there favourite line - car prices have gone up!! That means the value of mine has too.Don't buy a Mokka especially from these guys.Whilst we always had a courtesy car and the service team were great the car was never sorted and not safe to drive. I have never been so stressed with a situation as I was this one and am glad to see the last of the car and MD!!!I am sure the PR guys for the company will come back with a reply!!But don't buy the Blue Mokka ending in reg MBV my blue Vauxhall!!!

Excellent service. Service manager Dan delt quickly and efficiently with a small issue that meant my vehicle was not going to be ready at the time expected. Replacement vehicle to keep me going and my van returned (washed) and their vehicle picked up next working day. Head and shoulders above the other Vauxhall dealers I've used.

I rang Westcars on Thursday last week with a goal of enabling being able to save on outgoings, but I still had a year left of my PCP agreement. Martin invited me in to the business the day after to at least evaluate my car and see if the equity was in a position for me to look at my options. I went in to be met by such a lovely and kind man, who I can only describe to be the most caring gentlemen in Sales that I've had to deal with. Being a woman, I have to admit, I enter dealerships slightly reserved and nervous because I don't want a sales person to make me do something I wouldn't want to if I wasn't on my own. Martin not only spoke to me and made me feel like I was speaking to a family member but truly put my best interests at the front of what he was doing. I came out on Friday, not only with an idea of how to save money, with a cheaper car with newer mod cons that I'd come accustomed to. Martin's communication was excellent and his knowledge of the industry was fantastic. I honestly, can't thank Martin enough. West Cars are truly lucky to have such a salesman on their team. Thank you Martin!!!!!

This should be no stars not one! My daughter rang up the service department as two amber warning lights came up on the dash. The car is drivable. The service department said to call out the breakdown rescue. My daughter wanted to drive the car to their garage for them to look at it and sort out the issue with the amber warning lights. Quite simple really you might think. The service department refused to let her book an appointment for them to sort it out. Poor customer service to put it mildly. Use these people at your peril as they do not seem to want to sort issues out. The car is not a wreck but a 2016 Vauxhall model with a full service history and under 25k miles. Got the same response from the main dealer in Exeter. Found another garage who were not frightened to do a bit of work instead of just changing the oil on a car.

Decent service. Waited a while for someone to come & help me, but once they did it was faultless service. Very friendly & a very nice showroom.

Very helpful staff, answered any questions and explained fully anything I asked, I would say without doubt one of the best garages I have delt with for buying another car, staff were all friendly and polite at all times, will go back next time I upgrade my car.
