I have visited Homewise on several occasions in order to drop off walking aids etc. but only asked for advice a while ago. The staff members I've spoken to have been very friendly and helpful and I was visited by a surveyor who diagnosed the problem and came back later to check that the problem had been rectified. He really put my mind at rest. I have nothing but praise for Homewise.

It was a very friendly environment and the lady who served me offered a lot of advice and information. She also asked for another member of staff to offer their opinion. Even though it doesn't look like a nice place on the outside it is a perfect place for anyone seeking guidance on any DIY work. They even have registered tradesmen who work for them so you know its going to be done properly
