£10 delivery charge and no sign of my product after 2 weeks, no updates on what is happening despite my raising the issue after 1 week. They then blame the courier when I chase and now waiting for a refund which does not appear to be happening.Update - finally received the refund once I managed to deal with someone different. Then low and behold the same day the product arrived - 3 weeks after ordering, (with a next day delivery sticker on it) and after I had ordered from another supplier.

I cannot rate Mike highly enough, his patience, tact and expertise was really valuable. The work he carried out was of very high quality and at a reasonable price. The plasterers who skimmed our walls were two of the nicest people we could have met.My husband and I can't recommend this company and its employees enough
