Fantastic place to shop for your A to Z requirements for home. I especially loved the variety of indoor plants. Highly recommend.

Looks lovely from the outside but not so great on the inside with lots of empty spaces and untidy areas. Shop looks far too big for amount of products inside and half of the upstairs area is closed off. Customer service was very good and garden centre was exceptional.

4star because the 1st garden set I purchased was broken, apart from that the lady on customer services was a delight, she seemed to be mostly left on her own dealing with difficult customers (not understanding the deals and arguing the toss over nothing) I’m sorry I didn’t get your name for the review but you coped admirably under pressure and I would like to congratulate you in your professionalism. Date time served 8am and 10:30 10/11 of August.Thanks again hope you see this, and Homebase recognise your abilities.Cairo garden furniture guy.

Good parking staff very helpful store layout is a challenge to find things no sense in the system forcing you to take a route around goods you have no interest in and make it confusing to the point where you have to find a member of staff to help you if they can remember due to the constant change of layout buy person's from outside the store and just work in a office with no empathy for the local customer maybe these people should spend a week in store as a low grade staff member and just get a real view of a customer.But the staff do the company credit and are very knowledgeable about most things

I used to hate this place and found it to be a reminder of something that once was great but now was dying. I have to say my last 3 visits have changed my mind. I'm no longer bothered we don't have a B&Q in Truro and Wickes can kiss by behind as these guys have great stock, friendly and helpful staff and the click and collect service is brilliant.

Lots of offers on garden machinery and some good bargains on end of range clearout items. There was only 1 till open with quite a queue.

Went to get some masonry paint mixed to a colour but told they can't match a colour and when asked what colours they do they say that they can't say what colours they do. Totally useless, go elsewhere to a proper paint mixing shop.
