I waited over 40ins on freezing conditions, and despite ringing to check and being told I was next in line. I ended up cancelling and going with someone else. I was on a tight schedule and they had been honest about the wait I could have booked someone else or at stretch even walked and have got where I was going quicker.

Driver was fine . But why is you app giving prices that don't match the final price . You also will not pick up on Google pay or card transactions wanting cash only . Why are you also charging waiting fees when I got straight into car when you picked me up

The gentleman was extremely polite and friendly. It seemed we both had a lot in common. This is why I always use Britannia. Also, I am disabled and they always help me if I need assistance with my wheelchair ♿️. BLESS BRITANNIA.

Don't usually have any need to use taxis but I needed urgent taxi on Saturday morning. Chose Britannia at random and they didn't let me down, arrived promptly, clean cars, well presented driver. Highly recommended company.

BAD SERVICE.left me waiting for 1 hour outside Morrisons st helens,Driver called me 10 mins after I called the office, let it ring once , so I thought he was on his way, nearly an hour passed so I called office again and he said I was not there! , I was exactly where I told him I would be.Won't be using them again.
