Watson Fuels (Guildford)

Disgraceful service and zero customer service. Had to chase daily for our delivery that was over 9 days late already - taking over 20 mins to get through every day .. being told tomorrow .. tomorrow .. tomorrow. Apparently attempted delivery is not that they have actually attempted delivery but the driver has run out of hours .. at 2pm!!! If I could rate 0 it would have been ... order from Watsons at your peril!

At the last straw now, almost 4 weeks after ordering with 3 promised delivery and still no oil delivery latest excuse lorry must’ve broken down. You ring and It takes an hour to get through, promised return calls with updates and still no oil. Our tank is empty and the only advice is to buy some kerosene from B&Q! I’m sorry Watson fuels this isn’t good enough.

Amateurish and utterly pointless, one mistake or excuse after another. We have now run out of fuel and have no heating or hot water and none of the customer service staff seem remotely interested. If Laurel and Hardy joined forces with Frank Spencer Watson Fuels would be the result.

Shocking service yet again. We have run out and have had a delivery rerouted yet again. Company dosnt give a damm. Shocking.

Totally unreliable, over a week after ordering and being told it would be here by this week they’re saying next week now and we are dangerously low on fuel vital to running out home and farm. Customer service is appalling, literally do not care.
