Always happy to pop in, staff is kind and helpful, going extra mile without being obvious with up-selling etc. don’t want to butcher the gents name but he was extremely professional today, and would like to recognize him. The auth number on the receipt ends with 770 maybe that helps

I visited Ryman's at Regent Street -- good stationery is my weakness, good pens more so. It has a wide collection. I was especially impressed with the super helpful staff. Sten made a lasting impression on me as a visitor. I'd never have known that I could buy a whole year's worth supply of pen and refills. Stay blessed.

I was very confused when I first came into Rymans. I wanted to create a project and needed lots of different supplies. Atif was very personable and asked me questions to understand my needs better. After he understood my requirements, he was able to take me to the different product options to consider. He also was able to suggest other products to me that would enhance my project goals. All in all, I was extremely satisfied and he turned a 45 minute shopping experience into 20 minutes.

Would give a zero if I could.Its not at all clear between Ryman and Post Office who is responsible for what, and there is no coordination or help between the two. The Post Office members were unhelpful and quite frankly rude (one laughed with what do you want me to do with this?" after i showed him the paid and printed label to post the item) but that is more on them than on Ryman.The small lady working in the Ryman office behind the post office (believe store manager) was incredibly unhelpful

I had a very good experience. I was in a rush and running late for an appointment but Shakir was very helpful, quick and friendly. The quality of the printing was high quality too.
